Southern California Floral and Event Design

If you want a wedding planner who will completely elevate your vision while removing every ounce of stress, hire Cynthia. Hiring her as our full-time wedding planner (from initial design to final execution and day-of coordination) was hands-down the best decision we made. As a Type B bride who often sent delayed or vague responses (and planning a destination wedding), I was entirely dependent on Cynthia. She is fiercely organized, deeply knowledgeable, and became my ultimate voice of reason in an industry that can feel incredibly overwhelming.

Her industry experience and partnership proved absolutely invaluable. Cynthia has an incredible network of connections, allowing her to source vendors that either fit perfectly within a reasonable budget or provided way more value than we ever expected. Because of her expertise, our wedding became something far more beautiful and grand than I ever thought was possible for us.

Throughout the entire process, she limited my stress entirely. I had so much confidence in her execution that a massive weight was lifted off my shoulders. I truly do not think a wedding would have happened without her! Cynthia has a warm, collaborative, and genuinely patient spirit, and her design eye is unmatched. In addition to designing almost every detail, she handled our floral design from start to finish, from the initial conception to execution and strike. It was beautiful.

Her and her team’s attention to detail is elite. When some of our signage (the bar menu, welcome table, and memory table signs) arrived and didn’t align with our vision, Cynthia’s team didn’t blink. They stepped in and custom-made the signage themselves to ensure everything was perfect. She was also completely flexible with all of my custom requests, including some special party favors where her team completely over-delivered. We also commissioned a few custom items as well; Cynthia and her team truly can do it all. They even gifted a shadow box of some of the custom details they created for us :')

But what truly sets Cynthia apart is her heart. My mom mentioned in passing how much of a BTS fan she is. Knowing how complex that ticketing system is (IYKYK), I didn't think twice about it but Cynthia did. She somehow tracked down two tickets, which allowed me to surprise my mom. It had nothing to do with wedding planning and everything to do with how deeply she cares for her clients.

There are probably a million things her team handled behind the scenes with the utmost professional care. I would not hesitate to hire her again for any future event. If you are on the fence, hire her immediately!

Hiring Hadley and Ren for our florals and day-of coordination was the best decision we made!

Kayley took my Pinterest board and vibe, asked great questions to understand my likes and dislike, and used her creative freedom to make the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets. She even created a mock up of our table florals for us at our meeting with Tiffany!

On the day of, Tiffany, Hannah, and Mia kept everything perfectly on schedule. I didn't feel a single ounce of stress because I trusted them to get the job done. Thank you, Hannah, for keep me hydrated and making sure I was ok throughout the day!

Hadley and Ren team were both highly responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and so kind. We are so grateful for them!

TLDR; 10/10 BOOK them!

I was stressed about one to two months before the wedding, and Tiffany got me back on track! I cannot thank her enough for her support, grace, questions, timeline help, and list of what to follow up on. Just what you want in a wedding coordinator!

A great weight was lifted off me knowing Tiffany and her team were there to be mindful of time and execute the vision. I loved the fact that none of my family had to bear the stress of trying to coordinate more than they already needed to! When it came to the rehearsal and actual wedding day, Tiffany blew us away with her composure and professionalism. We almost started to run a bit behind on our timeline due to some of the wedding party running late, but you wouldn't have known it since she made up the time and got us on schedule! If problems had happened during my wedding, I wouldn't have known about it since it was handled behind the scenes with this amazing team!

They are sweet, professional, and most importantly, good at what they do. I already recommended them to friends who are recently engaged. The best in the business! Thank you for the perfect day!

Cynthia made sure that event important moment was captured. The floral arrangements provided just created the most enchanting evening and was perfect for our venue. I worked with Cynthia from the East Coast. Her professionalism and communication was impeccable. Thank you for bringing my daughter's vision into a reality that we will always remember.

Our wedding day was flawless in terms of execution.

Cynthia and her team were quietly working behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly—special shoutout to Tiffany and Hailey!

We also had several design meetings with Cynthia in the months leading up to the wedding to revise floral selections and venue layout. H&R took on the bulk of communication with vendors and venue coordinators, which was a huge relief for us. Every concern we had was handled with care and attention to detail.

We’re incredibly grateful for all of H&R’s support and feel so lucky to have worked with such a professional and passionate team. We truly cannot recommend them enough!

Hadley and Ren are must-have partners for anything floral and design!

From our initial meeting, you can tell how hungry the team is to 1) bring your vision to life 2) flex their creative muscles. Everyone on the team is truly an artist. While initially we came in just for florals, Cynthia’s vision and talent were so impressive in the initial meeting that we had to partner with Hadley and Ren in a design capacity. Working with Cynthia, Kayley, and the rest of their team was truly a dream. They brought our vision to life. They worked with us. And they were incredibly supportive the whole way through. Plus, their vibes were truly immaculate. We highly recommend them. And we’ll continue to forever!

In the midst of wedding planning, we found our silver lining, Hadley & Ren.

We knew from the moment we met them, that it was a match made in heaven. It was the BEST decision we made for ourselves. We couldn't imagine going through this process without them. We are so lucky and honored to have worked with Hadley & Ren. We did not have an ounce of stress on our wedding day. Cynthia and team made my wedding day dreams come true. Honestly, beyond my dreams.

If you’ve been lucky enough to find Hadley & Ren, you’ve already struck gold. Cynthia is an actual angel — she cares about you as if you’re a longtime friend and is truly one of the kindest humans. I had a wedding in the woods and she made the trip all the way up there on her birthday and created the most stunning, fairy-whimsical setting. Everything she touches is a dream, and I’m so happy we chose Hadley & Ren. I would a million times again.

Hadley & Ren understood our vision right away… When we saw everything all set up, it was even better than we had imagined.

From the first meeting, we were impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, eye for design, and the overall confidence they instilled in us. We were a fairly picky couple and had a specific vision for the florals — Hadley & Ren understood it right away, and when we saw it all come together, it looked even better than we imagined. Everyone we worked with was kind, attentive, and reassuring, and we’re forever grateful to the team for making our day feel effortless.

They are so detail-oriented that you don’t need to worry… These ladies are incredible and I will never forget what they’ve done for me and my husband.

They made me and my husband feel so welcomed and comforted in every aspect as needed along the way, in such a genuine manner. When it came to personal matters that happened during wedding planning, they were so supportive and understanding, which made me feel very cared for. This is what made Hadley & Ren special and different from any other planners I've talked to — they’re so personable and will make you feel well taken care of from start to finish.

Hadley and Ren is a team full of the most caring, detail-oriented, reassuring, and fun people we have ever had the honor of working with for our wedding!

From the moment we connected with Cynthia for partial planning service, we felt that we were in very good hands. Over the months leading up to our wedding, Cynthia, Tiffany, and Kayley always checked in with us to ensure we had visibility into every step of our big day.

Tiffany was our day-of coordinator and absolutely knocked it out of the park! She went above and beyond with streamlining communications and timing with our vendors and venue; all the while, she consistently made sure we felt represented in every aspect of our day.

So many of our guests commented on how our wedding was one of the most beautiful they've ever experienced. Kayley not only completely hit every mark on our vision board with the florals–she is also the sweetest soul and provided bubbles the day of that made the vibes 100% immaculate!

Weddings can be overwhelming, and having a solid support system is so vital. Hadley and Ren did that and more for us! The whole team is truly, truly magic. We loved every second with them and can't recommend them enough.

We can't wait to attend some H&R weddings of close friends in the near future (not exaggerating, at least 5 couples who attended said, "PLEASE give me your planning team's info!") ☺️ THANK YOU, so so much, with our whole hearts, for making our dream day come true.
